PharmaPlus and NHSBSA Joint Seminar : Re-run of Recording on 8th August

Dear Member,

Thank you to all of you who attended our NHSBSA Payments Best Practice Seminar on Tuesday evening last week. We had a fantastic turn out with nearly 60 of you attending.

Our aim was to provide you with the tools and confidence to minimise endorsement errors and maximise claims to support your business; the information from this webinar could be worth many thousands of pounds to your business! The feedback we got from the session was excellent.

Furthermore, we had Mark Gibbons, The Processing and Technical Lead from the NHSBSA providing us with support and advice on the following areas:
  • How your prescription bundle is processed and priced by the NHSBSA
  • Understanding claiming best practice & endorsement tips
  • How to avoid returns and losses
  • An update on MYS and common issues that occur

We had some excellent questions and feedback from the members and that made a real difference. We are waiting for answers to several questions that have been posed to the NHSBSA and we will provide you with the answers as soon as we get them.

On this occasion we will do a re-run of the webinar video recording on 8th August 2022 at 8:00PM for the members who were unable to attend or perhaps want to watch it again.
