Inspection Steps To Success

Dear Member,

As you may be aware there have been some changes to how GPhC inspections are carried from. Some of the key changes are:

3 different types of inspections – Routine, intelligence led & themed
Virtually all inspections will be unannounced (no more notice of arrival within 6 weeks)
Only 2 assessment outcomes of inspection – “standards met” & “standards NOT all met”
All reports from April 19 onwards will be published online & on the pharmacy door sticker provided by the GPhC for everyone to see

So now it is more important than ever to ALWAYS stay ready!
