Dear Member,

Over the past 12 months, we have introduced several new services, enterprising initiatives and training in our continued support to members. In fact, unlike other organisations, we have not increased our membership fee (now for over 8 years) but instead, we are further subsidising new clinical training as well as continued business and professional support for members.

The majority of our members have taken advantage and have appreciated our continued support with Quality Payments, Revalidation and the other training courses we offer. Some of the new initiatives we launched were:

ACADEMY

A purpose built training facility at PharmaPlus head office.

We have added several new clinical and professional training courses to our portfolio and are now offering our training in-house and at further subsidised costs than ever before.

Facility is used for training pharmacy staff, owners, managers as well as Pre-registration pharmacists.

BULK BUY

A bulk tendering service, saving members time and money.

Members are enjoying savings between 3% - 11% dependent on your previous buying process. But more importantly, saving the valuable time by not having to shop around for bulk purchase of generics and PI. This service is free to our members and included in your membership fee.

NHS STATEMENT CHECK AND REVIEW SERVICE

A specialist service from PharmaPlus.

As payments are decreasing further & further, we can help you scrutinise your monthly statements.

The decrease maybe for a number of reasons and we can help find errors that may have decreased your payments. This service is also heavily subsidised for our members.

Whats next in

2019-20 and beyond...

The challenging times for the community pharmacy sector that we mentioned five years ago are here with us. The PharmaPlus team is dedicated to ensure that the offers and services we bring to the table, add real value to your pharmacy business and the role within the local communities you serve.

We will continue with all our existing services, create new services, training and assist you with upto date professional support to help you run your business profitably.

Furthermore, in the coming months you can expect to see new initiatives added to our portfolio such as:

We will also continue to further develop our bulk buy platform introducing more suppliers.
