This year, students (other than those on sandwich course or integrated degrees) who are applying to train in 2019/20 will need to fill in an online application form using myGPhC. It will be accessible from the main GPhC website in April
2019.
As part of the online process, prospective tutors will a receive a request to enter into a learning contract from their prospective trainee via their myGPhC account.
Expect a myGPhC notification when they are asked to sign a learning contract. This will help trainee’s application progress smoothly. You can also check that the start and finish dates are correct and that the correct site/s have been
selected.
If your trainee is unable to apply online or is experiencing difficulties then please tell them to contact the Customer Contact Centre at the GPhC on 0203 713 8000 as it may be that they need to apply in a different format.
