Revalidation Deadline

Dear PharmaPlus members,

This email relates to the status of your revalidation account with the GPhC. The deadline is on the 31st October 2018 to submit your 4 CPD entries AND make your payment for MOST people. There are a small cohort of pharmacists who have other deadlines but most people would be expected to submit by the date above.

We want to show you three examples. We have deliberately hidden the identities to ensure the people who have still got work to do are not shamed ...

Example 1: Let's call the one above 'Dipen'. He is very organised and has got BOTH his payment AND his CPD entries in by the deadline. As you can see, his RENEWAL is now no longer due and REVALIDATION shows that they are now due on the 31/10/19. THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD BE AIMING FOR!

Example 2: Let's call the one above 'Sanjay'. Sanjay is not as nearly as organised as 'Dipen'. As you can see, his RENEWAL is 'not due' which means that he has paid his fee BUT he still needs to complete his four entries by the 31/10/18. THIS MEANS THAT HE STILL NEEDS TO COMPLETE HIS FOUR CPD ENTRIES BEFORE THE DEADLINE EVEN THOUGH HE HAS PAID.

Example 3: Let's call the one above 'Kashma'. Kashma is a relatively young pharmacist and therefore has a different deadline. She has a further SEVEN months in this instance to get her entries in by the 31/05/19. Her renewal payment is also not due until this date.

REMEMBER ... YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL US AT THE OFFICE OR CLARIFY THIS WITH THE GPHC IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT. DO NOT MISS YOUR DEADLINE AND ENSURE THAT YOU PAY AND UPLOAD YOUR ENTRIES.
