The pharmacy practice leaflet is a requirement under clinical governance and it must contain approved particulars. There have been changes to these requirements which were set out on 1^st February 2018. These changes reflect changes to the NHS structures and guidance on use of the NHS identity; the updated requirements for leaflets no longer refer to Primary Care Trusts or NHS Direct, instead referring to NHS England and NHS 111.

2.       Add in your own details 

3.       Amend the text on services – Add or delete as relevant 

4.       The leaflet must be printed using a plain font in minimum size 12 pt., with sufficient contrast between print and background colour.

5.       The leaflet must be branded with the NHS primary care logo, in accordance with the guidelines.
