To claim for a Quality Payment, contractors will need to complete a declaration via the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA) website.

NHS BSA has published a document which outlines the questions that will be asked so contractors can view these ahead of making their declaration.

You can submit your declaration between Monday 11th June at 09:00am and Friday 13th July 2018 at 11:59pm.

You cannot alter your declaration once submitted therefore it is imperative this is checked thoroughly before submission. 

Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation – keep this email safe. If you have not received an email your submission may not have been received. (Remember to check your Junk/Spam folders).
