alerts.’
What you
need to do:
1. Watch the
PharmaPlus video
2. Complete monthly logs as shown in the previous patient safety
email
3. Update you annual report (must be updated since 24th November 2017) and be a different report to the one claimed for in the last QP
claim
4. Must share learning locally and nationally (By sending to LPC / Colleagues / GP surgeries / NPA) – Make sure the report doesn’t contain patient details and is
anonymised
5. Have this completed by 29th June 2018
