For the 2018 round of Quality Payments it is important you create a new patient safety report to be able to claim for patient safety again!

You need to start by having monthly reports – all explained in the video & you can use the attached templates.

You need to ensure that you are recording and acting on near misses and dispensing errors. Further, you need to be report safety incidents and act on alerts from the national bodies as part of your Quality Payment requirements.

We have included two previous videos on this subject to help you. Ideally, you are required to do this on a monthly basis at the very least. This email is a gentle monthly reminder!
