• WHO IS THE TRAINING FOR :: The training is for registered PharmaPlus member pharmacies and their staff.
• TRAINING DATE & TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS :: Booking is maximum for 1 person per pharmacy which is FREE of charge, if you want more people from one single pharmacy to attend then the guests will be charged at £50 + VAT each. In such cases, an invoice will be issued immediately after the booking of the training. In cases where
there are more than 2 people attending from the same pharmacy (please do fill in the individual forms for each), there is a chance we may need to put those additional people on a waiting list. And if we do put them on a waiting list we will get in touch with you over the phone/email to inform you.
• COST TO PHARMAPLUS :: The organisational cost to PharmaPlus for the training session is in excess of £100 + VAT per person (which we have subsidised for you).
• OUTSTANDING INVOICES :: Prior to attending the event, please ensure all outstanding invoices of Pharma Plus Ltd. up to May 2018 are settled.
• CANCELLATION POLICY ::
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to cancel your booking for the Flu Vaccination training, you can do so by at least 7 working days before each respective training session by 11:00AM by emailing or calling us (i.e. 14th June for the 24th June Session, 28th June for the 8th July Session and 6th September for the 16th September Session). Cancellation is only valid if we have emailed you back to confirm it. If you do
not inform us to cancel and do not attend the Flu Training Seminar, PharmaPlus will invoice you £100 + VAT (for each person confirmed from your pharmacy).
• ATTENDING WITHOUT BOOKING :: Please note that there are
limited seats for the training and if you have not booked your attendance, you will not be allowed in the venue to attend the training.
• EVENT CANCELLATION :: Pharmaplus reserves the right to cancel the training and your
booking without notice if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so.
