Dear PharmaPlus Member,

All pharmacy contractors must complete a pharmacy-based clinical audit of their choice before 31 March 2018 as part of the Clinical Governance requirements of the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF).

Pharmacy contractors can consider undertaking the Specialist Pharmacy Service (SPS) oral anticoagulant safety audit to meet this requirement. Alternatively, it is possible to take any other audit that you feel would benefit your pharmacy.
