The Specialist Pharmacy Services recently released a document that we feel would be an excellent resource for students, pre-registration pharmacists and clinically orientated pharmacists.
It goes through a number of commonly used medications and discusses:
- Tests
prior to starting treatment
- Monitoring
- Action for abnormal results
Community pharmacy is becoming much more clinically orientated and it is important to keep up to date with this type of learning.
