PharmaPlus would like to welcome all members to a social networking event we have booked at a central London venue (Rumpus Rooms) on 2nd December 2017.
Date: 2nd December 2017
Arrival Time: 7:30 PM till late.
Venue: Rumpus Rooms at Mondrian London (situated near Blackfriars Bridge).
Directions: If coming from Blackfriars station, cross the river and go towards DOGGETT’S. Then walk down to the pedestrian walkway at the riverfront towards OXO Tower. MONDRIAN LONDON building and entrance will come before the OXO Tower.
BOOKING COST £60 + VAT per person (heavily subsidised from the original cost of £125 per person)
* TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS :: Booking is maximum for 2 guests per pharmacy, if you want more people from one
single pharmacy to attend then the guests can be added on to a waiting list and their attendance will be confirmed by Pharmaplus by 20th November 2017. Please contact us if you want to bring a guest with you who is not a PharmaPlus member. * BOOKING COST :: The rate of £60 + VAT is only applicable and specifically for Pharmaplus members (husband/wife or partner/children), we will consider non-members only if they are pharmacists. The booking cost for a
non-member pharmacist is £125 + VAT. The organisational costs to PharmaPlus for the social networking evening in excess of £125 + VAT per person (which we have heavily subsidised for our members). * DRESS CODE :: Smart/casual but NO running shoes, flip flops or sportswear. * GUEST LIST :: You will not be able to attend if you are not confirmed on our guest list. * AGE RESTRICTION ::
Age restriction applies - only guests of age 21 years and over can attend. * INVOICE :: Members will be invoiced through their business. Upon receipt of your booking reply, Pharmaplus will issue you an invoice immediately. Please note that your booking will be confirmed only after you make the payment to PharmaPlus Ltd because this is a heavily subsidised event. * AVAILABILITY :: Limited availability of 30 places
only on a first come first serve basis. Priority is given to members. * BOOKING DEADLINE :: The booking deadline is 20th November 2017. * OUTSTANDING INVOICES :: Prior to attending the event, please ensure all outstanding invoices of Pharma Plus Ltd. up to October 2017 are settled. * CANCELLATION POLICY :: If you want to cancel your attendance for the event, you can do so by Monday
20th November at 11:00AM by emailing or calling us to remove you from our guest list. Cancellation is only valid if we have emailed you back to confirm it. * NO SHOW :: If you do not inform us to cancel by the deadline and do not attend the event, PharmaPlus will invoice you £60 + VAT (for each person confirmed from your pharmacy). * ATTENDING WITHOUT BOOKING :: Please note that you need to be on the confirmed guest list
to be able to attend. * EVENT CANCELLATION :: Pharmaplus reserves the right to cancel the event and your booking without notice if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so.
