The PSNC recently provided advice on the deadline for the Healthy Living Pharmacy application:
- Completion of the assessment of compliance on the RSPH website does not meet the HLP quality criterion
- RSPH will need to confirm registration (RSPH will endeavour to contact contractors by mail or email within 10 working days) before a contractor can claim the HLP quality criterion.
This means that completing
the checklist in itself does not constitute that you are then registered. You will need to get confirmation of registration from the RSPH.
Also note that the advice is to 'endeavour' to confirm registration within 10 working days. Please note that this means that they will 'try' and get it completed within this timescale - it is not a promise. We therefore suggest that you get your application in as soon as possible as we
anticipate that there will be a huge demand for their time in the next few weeks.
