For the November declaration, contractors will be required to edit or confirm the information about their pharmacy is correct on the DoS profile updater by 11:59pm on 24th November 2017 to meet the quality criterion. You will receive an email once this has been done.

Note that you will also need to update a variety of things including bank holiday opening hours etc. You will not quality for your QP payments unless you do this. The video goes over everything that you need to know.
