The PSNC recently sent a note to contractors stating that you may have received an email from the NHS BSA on the 10th August 2017 relating to partly edited/validated NHS profiles.

Updating your NHS profiles is part of the essential gateway criteria for quality payments and the NHS has the ability to remotely check that this particular task has been completed.

Basically, there are three parts to validating your profile and some contractors have only completed one or two. The NHS will reclaim the quality payment money (the entire amount for period one) that was paid out in April 2017 if the contractors who received this email to not complete the validation before the 10th September 2017.
