We are pleased to announce PharmaPlus has arranged a Health Champion Course with the NPA. We will be subsiding the paper-based course from £70 (+ VAT) to £65 (+ VAT). We have chosen to go with the paper-based version so health champions can interact with the rest of the team whilst
doing the course. Please see the instructions below on how to make your booking with us.
How to Enrol & Deadline:
Complete the spreadsheet attached with all the information required by next Wednesday 9th August.
The course will be completed in your own pharmacy
and you will be sent all the necessary material once you have enrolled with PharmaPlus.

Learning outcomes
The course consists of 4 modules followed by multiple choice question (MCQ) assessment under exam conditions.
- Module 1 – Health & health inequalities
- Module 2 – Effective communication
- Module 3 – Promotion of health & wellbeing
- Module 4 – Impact of behaviour change in health &
wellbeing
Assessment
The estimated study time to complete this course is 7 hours.
Assessment has to be completed within 45 minutes under the supervision of the pharmacist within your pharmacy. Please note that the MCQ assessment is paper based.
Successful completion of the course provides the learner with a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Health Improvement
accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).
