There are still a number of queries we are getting from members who have not declared for their quality payments this year.

The quality payment declaration is due by 12th May 2017 at the very latest. This is basically an official declaration on what happened in your pharmacy on the 28th April 2017 (the QP review point).

It needs to be completed NOW OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET NO PAYMENT WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR HARD WORK.

Do NOT delay this until the last moment. Past experience with websites and tight deadlines show that they tend to crash with the huge amounts of traffic from people trying to get information in at the last moment.
