Message from PSNC earlier today:
The NHS Choices Provider Information Management System (PIMS), which pharmacy teams are using to update their profile details, has seen a significant increase in usage and this has resulted in a small number of pharmacy contractors reporting that they have been unable to edit
their profiles and upload the CPPQ results.
If your pharmacy has experienced any difficulty with accessing and editing your profile, please urgently send an email describing the problem you are having to nhschoicesservicedesk@nhs.net with 'Issues with pharmacy profiles – Quality Payments Scheme' in the subject line of the email; the NHS Choices service desk team will prioritise these emails for action and will contact the pharmacy to try to solve the
problem.
