The 28th April 2017 is fast approaching and you now need to ensure that all your quality payment work is completed by this date. 

You have until the 12th May 2017 to declare (video 12). This DOES NOT mean that you have two more weeks to do the work. All it means is that you have a little extra time to declare what you had in place on the 28th April 2017.

We have released a number of videos for you to work through step-by-step over the past four months to even out the workload. The approximate payment that you can expect if you complete the work is in the region of £6,400 - and probably more as a number of pharmacies will not hit the targets.

Below are the summary of videos you need to have completed working through by the 28th April 2017 to claim your payment.
       
      The documents that are mentioned in the videos can be downloaded here. Please ensure that you create your evidence folder in the following way if you have not done so already:
      1. Click here to access the file
      2. Then click on the 'Evidence Folder' and print out the material
      3. Place the materials in a folder
      4. Review action where necessary and print the remaining material and place into the folder
