We have made a large number of short videos for you to watch and action to ensure that you get the most out of your quality payments. The videos are located below. Please click on each of the links in the order that it is presented. Also note that the videos were presented by email approximately 4 months ago when there was plenty of time
to get work done - you will need to speed up delivery of the items from the timescales that were suggested at the time.
Remember that some criteria need to be achieved in April 2017. We have therefore left those that are required in November 2017 until later on in the series.
The series is not complete. We are going to be adding more videos in the future.

- Click here to access the file
- Then click on the 'Evidence Folder' and print out the material
- Place the materials in a folder
- Review action where necessary and print the remaining material and place into the folder
