Do NOT lose your quality payment - Is your NHS Choices Entry Up-to-Date?

Your NHS Choices Entry is one of the Gateway Criteria for your Quality Payments. You will NOT get a quality payment unless you have updated your record.

It is now time to ensure that your record is accurate and correct if you have not already done so previously. You will need to review:
  • Your opening hours
  • The facilities your pharmacy provides
  • The services your pharmacy provides
Do this now or you may forget and lose your entitlement to your quality payment!

You will need to register before you can edit and update your pharmacy’s profile. You can register here

The registration form will ask you to enter the email address that you regularly use for correspondence with the NHS Business Services Authority. This is an optional field but entering the information will allow NHS Choices to verify you, and will avoid delays in processing your application. For full information, please see attached a guide to editing your pharmacy’s profile on NHS Choices. Specific queries may be directed here.
