Whitham Jones Legal (Forensic) Services Limited (WJ Legal) are a national company that provide forensic samples for legal purposes. They provide services to HM Court Service, UK Immigration, Home Office and many more. These are legal samples that the government authorities have ordered. For example, a court may require an individual to provide samples to test for
drug or alcohol usage, or perhaps to establish paternity lines etc.
The samples collected include:
- DNA mouth swabs
- Blood Samples using phlebotomy
We are looking for pharmacies to join the scheme to take samples on behalf of WJ Legal and become WJ Legal centres for your specific area.

Service and Remuneration
The process will involve using your private consultation room, and appointments will generally take around 15 minutes. WJ Legal will provide you with details of each assignment in advance, and WJ Legal will provide you with all you require, including sampling kits and full training and support. A support line is also available for any issues that arise. PharmaPlus has also
negotiated a good remuneration scheme to ensure that you are compensated fully for your time and work.
Training and Implementation
You will need to provide a pharmacist who will be trained to provide this service. You will also need to provide some of the equipment required to take blood samples.
