Dear Members,

There are a number of deadlines approaching for Wednesday 30th June 2021.

Please see list below:

1. DSP toolkit submission – See email from 11th June 2021.

2. CPCS GP referral pathway deadline (£300 claim via MYS) - See email from 21st June 2021.

3. Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) workload to be completed – See email from 24th June 2021.

4. The following must be updated every quarter as part of your terms of service (1st April – 30th June 2021):

a. DoS to be updated for the quarter - https://dos-profile.service.nhs.uk/

b. NHS Website must be updated AND verified for the quarter.
