You should have received an email on shared mail – “Advanced Notice of CPAF Screening Survey”.
The Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework screening survey will take place from Monday 28 June 2021 until Saturday 24 July 2021.
You will receive an email this week – w/c 21/06/2021 with details of how to complete your survey.
The survey consists of 10 questions – Click here to download a copy of the questionnaire
You must achieve level 1 and 2 for each question and have evidence available to demonstrate compliance.
What you need to do:
1. If you have access to MYS complete your survey on MYS between Monday 28 June 2021 until Saturday 24 July 2021
2. If you do not have access to MYS you will be sent a survey link
3. You must achieve level 1 AND 2 for each question
4. You cannot amend the survey once you submit
5. Keep evidence of completion of the survey
You must complete this by the deadline and will not be able to complete it after this date (this is a contractual requirement). Not submitting the survey may result in you having to complete the full framework document or a visit from an NHS England inspection team.
If you do not receive an email regarding CPAF from NHSBSA by 28th June 2021, please contact Nhsbsa.cpaf@nhs.net as regional teams are unable to provide links to the survey.
