Dear Member,

For those of you who claimed for the pharmacy quality scheme by 1st March 2021 you were granted an extension to complete your tasks by 30th June 2021.

Please see below the PharmaPlus resources to help you complete these tasks.

DOWNLOAD our summary checklist and staff training log attached to double check you are on track to complete all your actions. Below are all pre-populated templates (please email us if you can't download these):

Our PQS Series

1. Your suicide awareness and prevention training & action plan as per our email on 21st October 2020.

2. PCN Lead support via a video training session on 27th October 2020.

3. Non-PCN Lead criteria as per our email sent on 4th November 2020 - You should have actioned the steps taken in our email and contacted your PCN Lead.

4. Infection prevention & control and AMS as per our email sent on 18th November 2020.

5. PQS Weight Management Part 1 as per email sent on 7th December 2020.

6. PQS Weight Management Part 2 as per email sent on 6th January 2021.

7. PQS Claim Deadline: 29th January 2021 for PQS Part 1 Gateway Criteria as per email sent on 19th January 2021.

8. PQS Risk Management as per email sent on 21^st January 2021.
