The claiming period for the Pharmacy Quality Scheme Part 2 opened on Thursday 4^th February and closes on Monday 1^st March 2021. Payments will be made to contractors on 1^st April 2021.

What you need to do:

1. You must submit your claim via MYS between 4^th Feb and 1^st Mar 2021.
2. There has been an extension granted until 30^th June 2021 for Domains 1 to 3 to give you more time to complete your tasks 
3. Domain 4 must be completed by declaration day
4. Domain 5 you must have at least started on this by declaration day and have it fully completed by 30^th June 2021

6.  PQS Weight Management Part 2 as per email sent on 6th January 2021.

7.  PQS Claim Deadline: 29th January 2021 for PQS Part 1 Gateway Criteria as per email sent on 19th January 2021.

8.  PQS Risk Management as per email sent on 21^st January 2021
