Dear Members,

It is now time to claim for PQS Part 1 2020/21 – The Gateway criteria – Please find attached guidance we sent out in July 2020.

DEADLINE for claims is 29th January 2021.

If you do not claim for part 1 by the deadline you will not qualify for any part 2 PQS payments for 2020/21.

Part 1 is worth £1630 per pharmacy.

Part 2 is estimated to be worth £5000 - £6000.

Therefore, it is critical that members undertake the requirements of PQS part 1 promptly to ensure they are able to claim for part 2.

What you need to do:

Download the PharmaPlus Activity Plan
Download the comprehensive PSNC checklist with links to supporting documents
Follow our daily steps together with the PSNC checklist
Submit your claim by 29th January 2021 via MYS
