As you maybe aware it is now part of your terms of service to be a Healthy Living Pharmacy.
If you do not comply with this criteria you are in breach of you contract and could be issued with a breach notice.
We know there are some members who have yet to complete this task. For those of you struggling to get this workload done we have launched an ‘Enhanced HLP Pro’ service which goes beyond our pro service we had last year.
The service includes the following support from your PPL HLP mentor:
- Completion of the HLP evidence workbook
- Supporting your Health Champion to complete their course
- Supporting your leader complete their course
- Help with setting up a health promotion zone
- Going through your JSNA / PNA and creating a briefing document for your pharmacy team on key health priorities
- Ensuring the pharmacy has a range of health promotional material
- Completion of the declaration to become a HLP Level 1
