In light of the recent announcement of the intended acquisition of Alliance Healthcare by AmerisourceBergen Corporation (ABC) please see attached letters from Julian Mount, Alliance Healthcare MD and also Ornella Barra the Co-Chief Operating Officer, WBA. These letters are being sent to all Alliance Healthcare customers to explain the situation, and also reassure all that business as usual prevails.
