There is a range of new requirements you are required to comply with as part of the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework. There is ongoing tasks which you are required to comply with as part of this some of which used to be part of the Pharmacy Quality Scheme but is not part of terms of service.
What you need to do:
1. Download and read through the attached PharmaPlus New Pharmacy Regulations Checklist (this will provide you with more
details).
2. If you are not a HLP yet please contact PharmaPlus for additional support.
3. Update your NHS website and DoS profile quarterly.
4. Access SCR on a regular basis and ensure all your pharmacists have access.
5. Your shared NHS Mail account must have at least 2 linked users.
6. Check you are receiving CAS alerts from the MHRA to your shared NHS mail account.
7. Participate in NHSE&I set health campaigns (October – Flu).
8. All dispensing staff to have smartcards.
