Unfortunately, the second lockdown is now upon us. Many of you will be experiencing much of what happened during the first wave. Increasing volumes, staff becoming ill, demanding patients and growing number of queries - all adding to your stress levels.
There is no respite from the government, and the government continues to squeeze community pharmacy financially.
