All of your pharmacy staff must have
an INDIVIDUAL STAFF RISK ASSESSMENT completed on them outlining the new risks to healthcare staff posed by COVID-19 – this must be completed by 24th July 2020.
You must now declare your progress on
these risk assessments to the NHSBSA.
What you need to
do:
- Click here to complete the NHSBSA survey
- You must complete this survey TWICE even if you have completed all your risk assessments at the first progress point
- 1st submission date deadline: Friday 17th July 2020
- 2nd submission date is between 24th July 2020 and 31st July 2020
- Complete your premises level AND individual risk assessments if you have yet to complete these (See Attached)
The NPA have also
produced a comprehensive risk assessment pack which is available to NPA members.
The survey has 4
questions:
- Have you offered a risk assessment to all staff?
- What percentage of your staff have been risk assessed?
- What percentage of risk assessments have been completed for staff who are known to be ‘at risk, with mitigating steps agreed where necessary?
- What percentage of risk assessments have been completed for staff who are known to be from a BAME background, with mitigating steps agreed where necessary?
