There is a ONE DAY pharmacy clinical audit to be completed week commencing Monday 29th June 2020.
This audit will help to capture patient consultations we do not currently record and show the significant positive impact we have on our local communities, patients and the wider NHS. This evidence will be used to support ongoing funding
negotiations.
This audit will also count towards your contractual requirement for the pharmacy based clinical audit for 2020/21.
What you need to do:
1. Conduct a ONE DAY audit – we suggest you do this Monday 29th June 2020.
2. You must record at least 20 consultations (you
may need to continue this to the next day if you do not achieve this in ONE day).
3. Record every single patient consultation with
patients on this day – Face to face, Telephone or Online.
4. Download the audit template & team
briefing sheet (See Attached) – We recommend printing several copies to cover your counter, telephone, consultation room, etc – this will help ensure EVERY interaction is captured.
5. Enter the data on PharmaOutcomes once you have
completed the audit.
