COVID-19 Individual Staff Risk Assessment Guidance and Template

Dear Member,

You urgently need to complete staff risk assessments outlining the new risks to healthcare staff posed by COVID-19.

Deadline to complete this is 24th July 2020

What you need to do:

1) Download the template and guidance from PSNC (attached with the email).

2) Conduct the risk assessment with each team member and agree outcomes.

3) Implement measures.
