Here are today's updates from us:
1. NHSBSA Letter for the payments
Have you received a LETTER from the NHSBSA for the following payments?
(a) Easter Bank Holiday
(b) Advance uplifts
(c) £300 contribution for measures put in place for social distancing (e.g. screens)
If NOT and you were expecting payment then you need to do the following:
(a) Contact NHSBSA's help desk on 0300 330 1349 and provide an email address so that
NHSBSA can re-send these digitally after passing customer verification.
(b) Digital copies of these letters cannot be accessed via NHSBSA's Information
Services Portal (ISP) as these were payments due to COVID-19 that were made outside of the normal system
