The world is changing due to the pandemic, people who were not previously online are now using it to communicate, grandparents are having zoom calls and have their groceries delivered through online services. The world as we knew it has changed and we need to accept there will be a "new normal".
Patients who were previously hesitant to use online pharmacies are now more inclined to use them during this pandemic and it maybe a permanent change they make. This is taking away vital footfall we require from our patients and therefore we need to stand out and offer patients something they cannot get online!
We need to be prepared for the future and safeguarding our businesses. It is important we understand what may become the new normal for us!
We firmly believe that the dispensing and supply of medicines, particularly with the digital changes the pandemic emergency has normalised will change our role in dispensing, quicker than we think.
Although travel may be low profile at present it is important you become trained up and competent in providing this service. This is similarly true for the Walk in Clinic we also introduced earlier this year.
