Here are today's updates from
us:
1. Small Business / Retail Support Grants from the Council
- If you have not received a grant yet please contact the office and we will support you.
- Most members have received a grant worth £10k or £25k.
- The claim process varies by council however virtually all have now been paid.
- If you have NOT received your payment please contact the PharmaPlus office so we can help you.
2. MAY Bank Holidays
- May Bank Holidays – We are likely to need to open as we did for Easter. We are waiting for confirmation from PSNC / DHSC.
- We suggest you plan your provisional resources now.

4. Online NHSBSA Payment Statements
- Many members already get their statements online and these members have seen their 1st May payments data yesterday (24th April).
- They of course can plan for cashflow issues faster as a result.
- If you get paper only statements and would like online and paper statements please see the attached guidance and form.
- Complete the form and you will be set up by the NHSBSA (see attached).
- We recommend ALL members do this.
5. COVID-19 Testing for Pharmacy Teams
- If you or someone you live with is showing symptoms you can now request a test.
- Click here to request your test.
- Currently the website has temporarily closed due to high demand but it should hopefully be back online soon.
