NEW DELIVERY SERVICE DOCUMENTS

Dear member,

We have worked hard to provide you with the most up to date information on the delivery service. Please find attached the following:

1. Pandemic Delivery Service Summary Card

A one page summary card for you to print so you know the process and who you can use it for to maximise your income. This includes all you need at a glance on what you can and can't do - includes shielded categories, CDs, high risk drug information and more.

2. Pandemic Delivery Service Log

A delivery log so that you can keep accurate records for your deliveries to ensure that you can keep proof of your claims under the advanced service.

3. Delivery Service Poster

A poster for you to display in your pharmacy to inform your patients on how the service works. This is optional, so print it and display it if you wish.

4. Pandemic Delivery Service SOP

A comprehensive SOP on the delivery process. Just update it with your information, print and use! Print it and ensure your staff are aware of the requirements.
