PharmaPlus has negotiated a deal on behalf of members from the supplier PlasFab Ltd. that supplies plastic shields (screens) for pharmacies. Members will receive a 5% discount on the prices offered by PlasFab.
To order, please click the link below and fill up the form. We will then send the order to PlasFab on tomorrow morning's deadline at 10:00 am. Please note this is a one off order placement. After this time there will be no orders put through from PharmaPlus. You would need to make your own
arrangements.
Please note that the orders will be on PharmaPlus central invoicing. Once you place an order you will be liable to make the full payment to PharmaPlus.
ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INVOICE: PharmaPlus will raise the invoice for the total number of screen orders placed you have selected in this form. There is a 5% discount on these prices which will reflect in the invoice from PharmaPlus. Please note that this subsidised price is only available as a one off and will only be applicable till 10:00 am on 24 March 2020.
2. PAYMENT: Total payment will be due from 60 days of the date of the invoice. This is non negotiable as we are going to make immediate payment to the supplier for this.
3. REGISTRATION/ Order: The order form is for PharmaPlus members only.
4. CANCELLATION: PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO CANCELLATION ON THIS ORDER.
Once you place the order we will make the full payment to the supplier on your behalf. Thereafter you will be liable to pay the PharmaPlus invoice. For any disputes, you will need to speak to the supplier directly, however you would still need to make the full payment to PharmaPlus. If for any disputes the supplier agrees a refund or partial refund with you and returns the money to PharmaPlus for your order, we will credit this back to you.
