PQS Declaration Window Opens Monday

Dear Member,

We are approaching the deadline for the Pharmacy Quality Scheme. The declaration window opens between the 3rd February 2020 until 28th February 2020. All claims are to be done via MYS.

Please DO NOT leave this to the last minute as you may lose out on all your payments if there are any issues which cannot be resolved.

Please view our latest checklist to ensure you have met the criteria and do not risk losing any payments. For all previous checklists please logon to the PharmaPlus website to view all four we have produced.

What you need to do:

1. Open the checklist attached and complete any tasks which are outstanding

2. Check you have completed all actions from previous checklists

3. Check you are compliant with gateway criteria by checking the PQS dataset

4. Today is the last day for data collection for the diabetic foot and eye checks

5. If you have not started your NSAID audit you must do so today!
