Please we are writing to let you know that the deadline is approaching for the NHS 111 Directory of Services (DoS) - 30th November 2019.

Here is what you should do:

1. Click the link to access the DoS Profile Updater: https://dos-profile.service.nhs.uk/#/index
2. Must be updated between 1^st Oct 19 and 30^th Nov 19
3. Check your services & opening hours are correct and amend as necessary
4. IGNORE the ‘OTHER DATES’ section – Do NOT amend this!
5. Check your bank holiday information matches the dates below and amend as necessary
   1. Wed 25^th Dec 19 – Christmas Day
   2. Thurs 26^th Dec 19 – Boxing Day
   3. Wed 1^st Jan 19 – New Years Day
   4. Fri 10^th Apr 20 – Good Friday
   5. Sun 12^th Apr 20 – Easter Sunday
   6. Mon 13^th Apr 20 – Easter Monday
   7. Fri 8^th May 20 – Early May Bank Holiday
   8. Mon 25^th May 20 – Spring Bank Holiday
6. Keep confirmation email of submission as evidence
