What you MUST do by Saturday 30^th November 19 (but do not wait until then in case of system failure)

1.       Check your GATEWAY CRITERIA report TODAY to see if you have NOT met gateway criteria

a.      Click here to open the gateway criteria report 

b.      Search for your pharmacy

c.      Any columns which are NOT highlighted as GREEN have not been validated therefore you will need to action these sections

d.      Information has been updated up until 4.30pm 21^st November 2019 if you updated your details after this date it will show up on the next gateway criteria report

2.       Update your NHS website - See Attachment – Must press CONFIRM to validate all 3 sections

a.       Opening hours & bank holidays – Double check ALL dates as per attachment

b.      Department & services

c.       Facilities

3.      Update your DoS profile (must have been done since 1^st Oct 19) - https://dos-profile.service.nhs.uk/#/index

4.       Sign up for CPCS via MYS by 1^st Dec 2019 to claim your £900 transitional payment
