Please follow the steps below to update your NHS Website:

1. Logon to your NHS.UK Profile
2. This must be done between 1^st October 2019 – 30^th November 2019 (do not leave this until the last day!)
3. Update and Confirm the following THREE sections:
4. Opening Hours
   1. Check and confirm your opening hours are correct – if you close for lunch and pharmaceutical services are not provided in this time make sure this is reflected in your profile
   2. Bank Holiday – Make sure ALL of the following are included
      • Wed 25^th Dec 19 – Christmas Day
      • Thurs 26^th Dec 19 – Boxing Day
      • Wed 1^st Jan 19 – New Years Day
      • Fri 10^th Apr 20 – Good Friday
      • Sun 12^th Apr 20 – Easter Sunday – DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!
      • Mon 13^th Apr 20 – Easter Monday
      • Fri 8^th May 20 – Early May Bank Holiday
      • Mon 25^th May 20 – Spring Bank Holiday
5. Department & Services
   1. Ensure this is up to date
   2. Include the New Medicines Service & NHS seasonal flu vaccination service if you provide these
6. Facilities
   1. Check all your facilities are correct
   2. Check you have included a consultation room if you have one
