Changes to MURs & Updated SOP

Dear Member,

As you may know from the 1^st October there are changes to the target groups for MURs. Please see below for details:

250 is the maximum number of MURs which can be carried out between 1^st Apr 2019 – 31^st Mar 2020
- Maximum of 200 between 1^st Apr 2019 – 30^th Sept 2019
1^st Oct 2019 onwards 70% of MURs must be in the following TWO target groups
- Patients taking high-risk medicines; or
- Patients recently discharged from hospital who had changes made to their medicines while they were in hospital
