URGENT - Your NHS BSA Payments process is changing - REGISTER NOW!

Dear Member,

It is critical you register for Manage Your Service (MYS) – This is the new process by which you have to submit returns and claim to receive to payments from the NHS BSA going forward.

Why should you register? It is the only way to claim and get paid for:

Flu vaccinations for Sept 19 onwards
Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) (the new name for QP)
Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) - advance payment claim (Aspiration payment)
The NEW Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) including the £900 set up fee
The system will cross verify validity of payments with other NHS systems to ensure payments are appropriately claimed. E.g. PQS will only be paid if you submitted the right data as requested, Gateway will only be passed if NMS checks pass etc.

In the near future you will need Manage Your Service (MYS) to do the following:

Month End prescription submissions
Sending back Re-Subs online
Asking for prescription copies / queries
Submitting Audit returns for PQS
Submitting CPAF returns
Viewing NHS FP34 payments statements
And much more including all new national services / requirements

Why do I need to do it now?

1. It can take two to three weeks for registration to become live

2. It will take you some time to complete the application

Who should register?

1. Only the business owner, director or an individual previously verified via the NHSBSA Information Services Portal (ISP) registration process, can register pharmacies and authorise access for individuals for MYS

2. You must have a personal NHS Mail Account

3. Can appoint additional members of staff for registration as a management function but they must have NHS Mail

How do I register?

2. Complete the form- Send it to nhsbsa.mys@nhs.net

3. Within 2 to 5 receive an invite via your NHS mail from Microsoft Invitations (invites@microsoft.com) on behalf of MYS Registrations – Click here to complete the set up process (this may go into your junk so check this often)
