NEW DATES: PharmaPlus Academy Revalidation Workshop

Dear Member,

We have updated you with the changes to the annual GPhC registration process and the revalidation process. This year many of you will have to write four CPD entries, a reflective account and have and write up the outcome of a peer discussion.

To help our members successfully revalidate, PharmaPlus held a "revalidation workshop” at the PharmaPlus office in July and has done several one-to-one sessions since. Due to the high demand, we have decided to run two additional sessions on:

Sunday 29th September (10 places max, on first come first serve basis)
Sunday 13th October (10 places max, on first come first serve basis)

Book Revalidation Session

1. Group Sessions

Date 1: Sunday 29th September 2019

Date 2: Sunday 13th October 2019*

Time: 10 am - 3pm

Cost: £75 per person

Venue: PharmaPlus Office

*Please note we will try to run the 13th October session in South London if possible, otherwise it will be run at PharmaPlus Office in Harrow.

2. One-to-One Session

Date: Individually arranged**

Time: 2 hour slot

Cost: £125 per person

Venue: PharmaPlus Office,

Unit B1 Livingstone Court,

55 Peel Road, Harrow,

HA3 7QT

**The one-to-one sessions will be arranged on a suitable date with one of our pharmacists. Please call us to book.

By the end of the session you will have:

• An understanding of your revalidation requirements

• Four CPD entries double checked by member of the team (these will need to be

written up prior to the event)
• A write up of your reflective account
• Have a facilitated group peer discussion in the PharmaPlus office and begin

your write up
