PharmaPlus Academy Revalidation Workshop

Dear Member,

At our recent events we updated you with the changes to the annual GPhC registration process and the revalidation process. This year many of you will have to write four CPD entries, a reflective account and have and write up the outcome of a peer discussion.

To help our members successfully revalidate, PharmaPlus will be holding a "revalidation workshop” at the PharmaPlus Office.

We have two types of workshop sessions available to members: a group session and an individual one-to-one session. Both sessions can be booked using the booking link below.

Book Revalidation Session

1. Group Session

Date: Sunday 7th July 2019

Time: 10 am - 3pm

Cost: £75 per person

Venue: PharmaPlus Office,

Unit B1 Livingstone Court,

55 Peel Road, Harrow,

HA3 7QT

Please note we have limited capacity, so book early to avoid disappointment.

2. One-to-One Session

Date: Friday (individually arranged*)

Time: 2 hour slot

Cost: £125 per person

Venue: PharmaPlus Office,

Unit B1 Livingstone Court,

55 Peel Road, Harrow,

HA3 7QT

*The one-to-one session will be arranged on a suitable date with one of our pharmacists upon booking.

By the end of the session you will have:

• An understanding of your revalidation requirements

• Four CPD entries double checked by member of the team (these will need to be

written up prior to the event)
• A write up of your reflective account
• Have a facilitated group peer discussion in the PharmaPlus office and begin

your write up
