URGENT DEADLINE: PQS Declaration Deadline Tomorrow + Your Print-Ready Strategic Dashboard
Dear PharmaPlus Member,
This is a critical reminder that the Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) declaration window closes tomorrow, 27 February 2026, at 11:59 pm.
Pharmacies that meet the gateway requirements—including sign-up for the NHS Pharmacy First Service and the NHS Pharmacy Contraception Service (PCS) —must submit their declarations by this deadline to claim
funding.
Critical Reminder: No PQS payments will be issued to contractors who miss tomorrow's deadline, regardless of the work completed or evidence available. All submissions must be made individually via the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal; there is no bulk submission option for groups.
To assist you in these final 24 hours and to keep your teams aligned until the scheme officially ends on 31 March 2026, we have created and attached the PharmaPlus PQS 2025/26 Strategic Dashboard as a one page and a printable format.

- Log into MYS and complete your declarations before 11:59 pm tomorrow.
- Only claim payment for domains where all quality criteria have been achieved and are supported by evidence.
