Dear Member,

As of February 1st, the new Pharmacy First Consultation Caps are officially live.

The payment model has shifted. Your monthly cap (Bands 1–6) is now fixed based on your average performance from September to November 2025. Any consultations performed above this cap are unpaid, yet you still incur the drug and labor costs.
